Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement by the Company on 5 September 2017 regarding AVEVA and Schneider Electric having reached agreement to combine AVEVA and the Schneider Electric Software Business, the Company announces that, on 5 September 2017, the UK Listing Authority approved the combined circular and prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to the Combination.
Copies of the Prospectus will be posted to Shareholders today. The Prospectus will also be made available today on AVEVA's website, www.aveva.com, and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. Copies of the Prospectus will also be available for inspection during normal business hours on any Business Day, free of charge, at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA, United Kingdom until the date of Admission and at the place of the General Meeting for 15 minutes prior to the meeting and during the meeting.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus.
