Avast plc notifies the London Stock Exchange (LSE) of PDMR and PCA interests in securities of Avast plc.
Vesting of Performance Stock Units (PSUs) under Avast plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 (LTIP)
On 14 March 2019 and 3 July 2019, the Company made a grant of PSUs over ordinary shares of 10p each to the Chief Executive Officer under the LTIP, which vested on 15 August 2022 and were allotted on 17 August 2022.
