Update re litigation

Avesco Group plc ("Avesco" or the "Company")(AIM: AVS), a leading international provider of services to the corporate presentation, entertainment and broadcast markets, announces that a date has been set by The Appeal Court for the oral arguments to be heard regarding the litigation brought by Celador International against the Walt Disney Company in which the Group maintains an interest. The oral hearing has been scheduled for 10 October 2012 and the Company believes that a decision is likely to follow within 12 months of this date.
