InvestinMedia PLC25 April 2007 25 April 2007 InvestinMedia plc ('InvestinMedia') Result of EGM Further to the announcement of 29 March, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ofInvestinMedia held today, all resolutions were passed. Also today, at a court meeting (the "Court Meeting") of Avesco shareholders, theresolution approving the Scheme was passed by the requisite majority on a poll.Following the Court Meeting, the Avesco EGM was held at which all resolutionswere passed. The Proposals remain subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the otherconditions set out in Part IV of the Scheme Document, in particular the approvalof the Scheme and the reduction of capital by the Court. It is expected that theScheme will become effective on 17 May 2007.
