Notice of General Meeting
Avanti Communications Group plc ("Avanti" or the "Company") announces that a notice of General Meeting ("GM") has been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at www.avantiplc.com.
The GM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 16 March 2018 at Cobham House, 20 Black Friars Lane, London EC4V 6EB and, as announced on 20 November 2017, tables certain resolutions which are outstanding from the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 13 December 2018.
As announced 19 February 2018, a further general meeting is expected to be held during April 2018 to consider and, if appropriate, approve the implementation of the debt for equity swap for the 2023 Notes.
