Director Shareholdings

 

Avingtrans plc (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the medical, energy, industrial and global aerospace sectors, was notified on 7 September 2010, that Roger McDowell, Non Executive Chairman purchased a total of 175,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 38.15 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Roger McDowell's beneficial holding in the Company is 2,286,409 Ordinary Shares representing 9.0 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
