Avingtrans PLC10 May 2007 Avingtrans plc Director Shareholding Avingtrans plc ("Avingtrans" or "the Company") announces that it was notified on09 May 2007 of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of the Companymade by Steven Lawrence, a director of the Company. On 09 May 2007, Mr Lawrence exercised 112,000 warrants over ordinary shares inthe Company at a price per warrant of 50 pence. Following the above described transaction, Steven Lawrence has increased hisholding to 362,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.06 per cent.of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company. Pursuant to the above described exercise of warrants by Mr Lawrence, Avingtransannounces that 112,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company have beenallotted. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the newordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected thatadmission will take place on 15 May 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank paripassu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the allotment the totalissued share capital of the Company has increased to 17,575,577 ordinary shares.
