Readybuy PLC23 March 2005 READYBUY plc Placing of 666,667 New Ordinary Shares Readybuy plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has raisedapproximately £100,000, before expenses, by way of a placing of 666,667 newordinary shares of 0.5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") at 15p per share (the "Placing"). Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admittedto trading on Aim and dealings are expected to commence on 31 March 2005. Theshares will rank pari passu with the existing shares and increase the totalnumber in issue following the placing to 18,660,677. As stated in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting issued on 15 March2005, the Company is looking to raise a total of £350,000 and this Placingconstitutes the first tranche of the Second Stage Fundraising comprisingapproximately £250,000.
