TREASURY SHARE TRANSACTIONS

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that on 27 May 2026 it repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares through the market at a price of 135 pence per share. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

The Company further announces that on 27 May 2026 it has cancelled 2,577,067 ordinary shares held in treasury. 

Following the buyback and cancellation, there are 64,344,057 ordinary shares in issue with 4,358,999 held in treasury. Total voting rights are now 59,985,058.

The buyback transaction is conducted pursuant to Avation's approved share buyback programme, which authorises the repurchase of up to 25% of its issued share capital, under a mandate approved at the annual general meeting in late November 2025. The authority allows Avation to buy shares in the market within specified price limits until the conclusion of its next annual general meeting.
