HOLDING IN CAPITAL LEASE AVIATION

Avation PLC, (LSE: AVAP) the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it now owns 99.1% of the outstanding Voting Rights in Capital Lease Aviation (LSE: CLA). This increase is a consequence of the change in the Total Voting Rights announced on the 12th of November 2015.

Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman, said:

"Avation is pleased to have achieved a 99.1% holding in Capital Lease Aviation PLC, as we continue to lower overheads as a result of this corporate activity and further streamline the business. More importantly, this will provide a clear investment profile to Avation's investors and they can now consider Avation's Main Board quoted shares and its globally available MTN Bonds.

"The Board of Avation PLC intends to direct votes support the resolution to withdraw CLA from AIM at the upcoming annual general meeting."
