Avation PLC (AVAP: LSE), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it has been notified that a company in which Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman, is interested, Takeoff Asset Management Pte Ltd, purchased on the 23rd of September 2015 250,000 units of 7.5% Aviation Capital 2020 notes at an executed price of 97.25.
