Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure, Guidance, and Transparency Rules (DTR) Rule 5.6.1, Aviva plc (the Company) confirms that as of close of business on 30 June 2026, being the last trading day of that month, the Company had 3,001,967,249 ordinary shares in issue of 32 17/19 pence each admitted to trading (Ordinary Shares). Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury as at the date of this disclosure.

Therefore, as at close of business on 30 June 2026, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 3,001,967,249.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's DTRs.
