Aukett Swanke announces that the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, for the year ended 30 September 2022 and Notice of AGM were posted on 29 March 2023 to shareholders and are available at the investor section of the Company's website at www.aukettswankeplc.com.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 10 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4PE on Friday 21 April 2023 at 10:00am.
