Director / PDMR Shareholding
Aukett Swanke Group Plc ("the Company")
The Company announces that Andrew Murdoch, a Director of the Company, has today sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.5 pence per share to Anthony Simmonds, the Chairman of the Company (the "Transaction").
Subsequent to the Transaction, Andrew Murdoch and Anthony Simmonds now hold 12,978,486 and 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares respectively. These represent beneficial interests of 7.86% and 0.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
