Statement Regarding First Private Clients Limited

EMED Mining Public Limited (AIM: EMED, TSX: EMD) ("EMED Mining" or "the Company"), the Europe-based minerals development and exploration company, announces that it has become aware that a group calling itself First Private Clients Limited has been contacting investors purporting to act as an agent for EMED Mining and offering to sell shares in the Company to those investors.

EMED Mining wishes to advise the market that it has no relationship whatsoever with First Private Clients Limited and that the representations being made by them are false.

Any investors who are contacted by First Private Clients should report such contact to EMED Mining at info@emed-mining.com and the Company will inform its legal advisers and the authorities.
