TietoEnator Corporation27 May 2005 27 May 2005 ATTENTIV SYSTEMS GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES On 27 May 2005, TietoEnator Financial Solutions UK Limited (the "Offeror")announced that the increased cash offer for the entire issued and to be issuedshare capital of AttentiV Systems Group plc ("AttentiV") made on 6 May 2005 byRegent Associates Limited on behalf of the Offeror had been declaredunconditional in all respects. AttentiV announces that, effective as of this date, Peter Lindgren, Harri PenttiKalervo Luuppala and Veli Erik Peltola have joined the board of AttentiV asnon-executive directors. Other than the matters referred to below, there are no further details requiringdisclosure in respect of Messrs. Lindgren, Luuppala and Peltola under Rule 17and paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 to the London Stock Exchange's AIM Rules forCompanies in connection with those appointments. Mr Lindgren's is 58 years old and is currently a director of TietoEnator SESA AG(a company organised under the laws of Germany), Axiome SA (a company organisedunder the laws of France), TietoEnator Telecom Operators AB (a company organisedunder the laws of Sweden) and TietoEnator a.s. (a company organised under thelaws of the Czech Republic). Mr Luuppala is 46 years old, and is currently a director of TietoEnatorInformation Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd. (a company organised under the laws ofChina). Mr Peltola is 53 years old. None of Messrs. Lindgren, Luuppala or Peltola hold any shares in AttentiV.
