AttentiV Systems Group PLC20 January 2005 20 JANUARY 2005 ATTENTIV SYSTEMS GROUP PLC ("AttentiV" or "the Company") ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING STATEMENT At today's Annual General Meeting, Peter Bertram, Chairman of AttentiV, willmake the following statement: "Following the successful implementation of our technology by one of our majorclients in 2004, the client has now decided to amend its business plans in 2005.We had been anticipating a range of service revenues from this customer thatwill now be at a reduced level. Although our first half result is expected to bein line with expectations, this decision will impact our second half.Consequently, our reliance on new opportunities within our existing customerbase has been increased for the full year. Subject to these opportunities being concluded within the current financialyear, the result for the year is anticipated to be in line with existingexpectations. We are, as anticipated in our 2004 full year statement, at the early stages of anumber of sales opportunities that are emerging for the Summit product and thereis also a good level of pipeline activity for the Portfolio product. Finally, we are delighted to be able to announce that Mike Couzens has joinedthe Board as our third non-executive director. Mike brings a wealth of marketingexperience, having held senior European roles with both Cisco and Intel."
