Director/PDMR Shareholding: Grant of Share Options
Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") announces that on 26 March 2015 the Company granted options over, in aggregate, a total of 600,000 ordinary shares to its Chief Executive Officer, John Vitalo and Brad Gibbs, subject to the terms of the Company's Global Share Option Plan as follows:

All such options are exercisable at an exercise price of US$7.18 per ordinary share, being the share price as at close on 25 March 2015, with one third vesting on the first anniversary of the date of grant, one third on the second anniversary of the date of grant and one third on the third anniversary of the date of grant. Once vested, all options are normally exercisable for a period of up to seven years from grant.
Following these grants, John Vitalo holds 800,000 options and Bradford Gibbs holds 175,000 options, granted under the Company's Global Share Option Plan.
In addition, the Company granted a further 416,000 options to certain other employees and consultants of the Company subject to the terms of the Global Share Option Plan or on substantially similar terms.
