Andrada Mining Limited (AIM: ATM, OTCQB: ATMTF), a tin producer with a critical raw materials portfolio of mining and exploration assets in Namibia, has received notice that Chief Strategy Officer, Frans Van Daalen sold 7 382 811 shares at a price of 1.96 pence on 3 March 2025. Notice was also received that Chief Operational Officer, Chris Smith sold 655 673 shares at a price of 1.96 pence on 3 March 2025. The sale of the shares was undertaken solely to meet taxation obligations.
