Board Change
AfriTin Mining Limited (AIM: ATM), a mining company with a portfolio of tin assets in Namibia and South Africa confirms today that Roger Williams has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company to pursue other business interests. His resignation will take effect from 29 September 2020, being the date of the Company's next AGM. The Company has no immediate plans to appoint a replacement non-executive to the board of directors.
Commenting, Anthony Viljoen, CEO of AfriTin commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Roger for all his help in guiding the Company since we first started trading on AIM in 2017 and I wish him well in his new business ventures."
