WS Atkins plc (Atkins) announces that, having served on the Board for three years, Rodney Slater will retire following the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 30 July 2014.
Allan Cook, chairman, said: "Rodney Slater has, during his tenure, made a valuable contribution to Atkins. He has provided excellent advice and support to our North American business particularly in the area of transportation."
