Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Further to the announcement on 20 January 2022, the Company now announces that on 21 January 2022, 164,684 RSU Shares were sold on Mr Michaelson's behalf to settle his withholding tax liability.
The relevant notification set out below in relation to the RSU Shares is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
