Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 23 May 2023, Richard Lewis, Chief Operating Officer, disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence for personal financial purposes.
Following the transaction detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form set out further below, his remaining beneficial shareholding in the Company's ordinary shares is 864,117 ordinary shares.
