Atlantic Coal Plc, the AIM listed open cast coal production and processing company with activities in Pennsylvania, USA, announces that it received notification on 1 November 2010 that Adam Wilson, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.07p each (the "Ordinary Shares") at 0.5p per share (in aggregate £150,000). Following the sale of these Ordinary Shares, Adam Wilson holds now hold 118,733,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.16 % of the Company's current issued share capital.
