Tatneft's Board Approves the Date for Annual Shareholders Meeting and Board Nominations, etc.
At the meeting held on 25 February 2016 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") set the date and the place of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2015.
The Meeting will be held on 24 June 2016 in the Palace of Culture "Neftche" in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan, starting at 10 a.m. Moscow time with registration open at 8.30 a.m.
The list of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting will be drawn up based on the Company Shareholders Register data as of 6 May 2016.
The Board of Directors approved the following list of candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the Meeting:

The Board also acknowledged that the following persons were appointed pursuant to the exercise of the Golden Share rights of the Tatarstan Government:
to the Board of Directors of the Company - Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
to the Revision Committee of the Company - Sariya Kashibulkhakovna Yusupova, Deputy Head of Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Board also resolved to remove Mr Fedyor Lazarevich Schelokov from the Management Board of the Company due to his retirement from the Company.
