Trading Update

AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) a leading integrated support services business to the UK and overseas fire and rescue markets, provides a trading update prior to the close period in respect of its half year ending 30 September 2008.

Trading in the period was in line with the Board's expectations. The Company continues to develop and benefit from a high degree of visibility from its two 20 year government contracts.

The integration of the businesses acquired in the last 12 months is on target to be completed during FY09.

The Company's Interim Results are expected to be announced on 27 November 2008.
