AssetCo PLC31 March 2008 For Immediate Release 31st March 2008 AssetCo plc ('AssetCo' or the 'Company') Trading Update AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) a leading support services group to the UK Fire andRescue Authorities, provides a trading update on its financial performance priorto the close period in respect of its year ending 31st March 2008. Trading in the period was in line with the Board's expectations and the Boardcontinues to view the Company's prospects with confidence. AssetCo continues todevelop and benefit from a high degree of visibility from it's primary 20 yeargovernment contracts earning streams. We are pleased to have secured a £1m contract in Malaysia, a new overseasmarket, for the supply of fire and rescue equipment and the product will bedelivered during FY09. Following the strategic acquisition of a number of companies involved in theemergency services sector over the previous 12 months we are focused on theirrapid integration. This integration is expected to be substantially completeduring FY09. The Company's Final Results are expected to be announced on 29th May 2008.
