In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers the Company confirms that it currently has in issue 90,712,740 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and 15 million preference shares of £1 each with attaching warrants to convert into 24,509,804 Ordinary Shares.
