Record Date
As announced earlier today in the financial results for the year ended 31 March 2009, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 1.25 pence per share (2008: 1.0 pence). Following approval at the AGM on 29th July 2009, the final dividend will be paid on 25 September 2009 to all ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members on 28 August 2009 (ex dividend date of 26 September 2008).
