Litigation update

In the claim for negligence against AssetCo's former auditor, Grant Thornton, AssetCo announces that a single Lord Justice of the Court of Appeal has granted permission to Grant Thornton to appeal to the Court of Appeal against certain aspects of the judgement handed down by Bryan J in January.

A date for the appeal will be fixed in the coming weeks but is unlikely to be before October 2019 at the earliest.

Shareholders will be kept informed of any further developments.
