Directors' interestsÂ
The Shannon Trust of which John Shannon, a director of AssetCo plc is a trustee, disclosed to the Company today that on 1st April 2008 its interest in 8,418,500 ordinary shares of 25p was charged as security in favour of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited.
Adrian Bradshaw, a director of AssetCo plc disclosed to the Company today that on 5th January 2004 his interest in 267,917 ordinary shares of 25p was charged as security in favour of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited.
