NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")
The Company announces that it has received notification that Campbell Fleming, CEO and PDMR, and PCAs to Campbell Fleming have purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") on 21 February 2023.

The Company further announces that Campbell Fleming, CEO and PDMR, has transferred 442,015 Shares to Fleming Flagship Limited (PCA to Campbell Fleming). The transfer of the Shares has been effected through an in specie transfer of Shares (74,477 Shares) at nil cost and the sale (367,648 Shares) and repurchase of the Shares (367,538 Shares).
As a result of the transactions, Campbell Fleming has a beneficial interest in 2,372,178 Shares.
Formal notifications in respect of the PDMR and each PCA is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
