Further to the announcements made by the Company on 14 and 21 February 2011, the Company announces that the Group continues to pursue its discussions with various parties with regard to addressing the short term funding and liquidity issues facing the Group.

The Group continues to have the support of its principal banks and creditors. In order for the proposed equity placing to proceed, the Group will need to obtain waivers of the existing technical breaches of the banking facilities referred to in the announcement made on 14 February 2011 and the Company is confident that these waivers will be obtained.
