AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) the integrated support services provider to the Emergency Services, is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 and Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been sent to shareholders. Copies of the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts are available on the Company's website at www.assetco.com.
The AGM will be held on 29th July 2009 commencing at 11:30 am at the register office at 800 Field End Road, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 0QH.
