AssetCo plc ("AssetCo" or the "Company")
Additional Listing
Application has been made for the admission of an additional 1,258,740 shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These shares are being allotted as the final instalment of the deferred consideration for the acquisition by the Company of Auto Electrical Services (Manchester) Limited ('AES') following the achievement by AES of agreed performance criteria.
Following the proposed admission, the total number of AssetCo Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 73,379,406. There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 73,379,406.
