Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Latin America and Europe focussed energy and natural resources company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Michel Doublet to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Further to the announcement on 25 October 2023, the standard regulatory checks have now been completed.
Jean-Michel has over 25 years of international experience in corporate finance, with strong M&A experience, working notably with independent oil and gas companies, focussing on emerging markets.
