Pentagon Protection Plc raises Β£275,000Β through a placing of newΒ Ordinary SharesΒ
Pentagon Protection (AIM: PPR), the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, announces that it has raised Β£275,000 through a placing of 110,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.25 pence per share. In addition, certain directors of the Company have indicated their intention to subscribe for approximately Β£25,000 of new Ordinary Shares following the announcement in June of the Company's interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2009.
The proceeds of the placing, raised by Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers,Β are to beΒ appliedΒ for general working capital and business development activities.
Application has been made for the placing shares to be admitted to trading onΒ AIMΒ and dealings are expected to commence onΒ 4Β June 2009
