Purchase of Shares by CEO

Pentagon Protection (AIM: PPR), the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, was informed on 28 January 2009 that, on 26 January 2009, Chief Executive Officer, Alan Nicholl, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.1p per share.

Following this transaction, Alan Nicholl now holds a total of 6,232,002 shares representing 1.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
