Retrospective applications and corrections
Further to the announcement made on 20 December 2023, Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), clarifies that retrospective applications are being made for the 1,200,000 ordinary shares referenced in that announcement, to be admitted to the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) category of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc, which is expected to occur on or around 8.00am on 5 August 2024 ("Admission").
The following corrections are being made to the announcement made on 25 July 2024:
· | the 10,000,000 ordinary shares referenced in that announcement will be admitted to the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) category, which is expected to occur on or around 8.00am on 1 August 2024; and |
· | upon Admission, the resulting total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 72,597,900. |
