Proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement - adjournment of meeting

 

On 30 July, Ashley House plc (the "Company") advised that a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") was being proposed and a creditors' meeting followed by a members' meeting would be held today to consider the proposal.

Following proposed amendments to the CVA put forward by some of the creditors, the meetings have been adjourned until Friday 21 August at 10.30am and 12.00 noon respectively.

The Company will update the market once the meetings have been held.
