Final dividend for the year ended 30 April 2009
The Company will pay a final dividend of 4.0 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 April 2009 with a scrip alternative. Details of the scrip dividend and approval are set out in a separate circular which is due to be posted to shareholders on 1 September 2009. A copy of the circular will be made available on the Company's website www.ashleyhouseplc.com.
