Ashley House PLC09 July 2007 Ashley House plc Directorate Changes Ashley House plc ("Ashley House" or the "Company") the Primary Care premises andservices specialist, today announces that Jake Arnold-Forster (43) has beenappointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Jake takes over from JohnGunn who retires from the Board with immediate effect. Jake is the CEO of Dr Foster Intelligence ("Dr Foster"), a fast growing andhighly successful 50:50 Joint Venture involving the Health and Social CareInformation Centre (a special health authority of the NHS) and Dr Foster, acommercial provider of healthcare information. The JV aims to improve thequality and efficiency of health and social care through better use ofinformation. Jake has been granted 50,000 share options at 172p per share, the closing priceon 5 June 07. There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant toparagraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules. Stephen Ronaldson has been appointed as company secretary, replacing David Bailey with immediate effect. The board thanks David for his contribution togetting the company to the current position.
