After payment of the Ascential plc final dividend on 28 September 2018, the trustees of the Ascential plc Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") reinvested the dividend in further dividend shares under the terms of the SIP on behalf of Mandy Gradden and Duncan Painter:
