ASA International Group plc reports TR-1 notification of major holdings
London, United Kingdom / Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 12 July 2023 - In accordance with the requirements of DTR 5.8.12R(1), and in line with the RNS published on 10 July 2023, ASA International Group plc ('ASA International' or the 'Company'), is publishing the following TR-1 notification of major holdings in the Company it has received in respect of the Company's Shares.
Shareholders should refer to the Company's announcements regarding the total voting rights attributable to the Company's Shares to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the Shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
