African Gold PLC18 March 2005 African Gold PLC Institutional Placing 18 March 2005 African Gold wishes to announce it has issued 17,300,000 million shares at 6praising £1,038,000 in a private institutional placing. It is intended that the new funds will be used to advance African Gold'sexploratory drilling programme at its Konongo and Banka gold deposits in Ghanaand for general working capital purposes.
