Asa Resource (AIM: ASA) has today been informed that Dr Scott Morrison, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 383,516 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 April 2017 at a price of 1.28 pence per share.
Following completion of the share purchase, Dr Scott Morrison holds 6,283,516 Ordinary Shares representing 0.37% per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
