ASX Trading Halt
The Directors of Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV, FRA: ATY, US: ARTTF) advise that trading in the shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from Monday 27 February 2023 for the purposes of undertaking a capital raising book build. The capital raising is being undertaken within the Company's capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. ASX Listing Rule 7.1 limits the raise to 15% of the issued capital. The funds are being raised in order to undertake further exploration work across the Company's portfolio of assets, as well as for general working capital purposes.
Following the release of this announcement, a bookbuilding exercise will commence and the ASX trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement by the Company or the commencement of trading on 1 March 2023.
