ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA TIGER" OR THE COMPANY")

RESULT OF AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of Alpha Tiger Property Trust Limited held today Friday, 6 August 2010, the proposed resolutions were all duly approved by the shareholders.

In relation to the share buyback resolution, shareholders should note that any share buyback would be likely to increase the shareholding of Antler Investment Holdings Limited ("Antler") and those persons who are deemed to be acting in concert with it (being the Antler Concert Party referred to below). Such persons currently hold 44.99 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Accordingly, notwithstanding the passing of the share buyback resolution, the implementation of any share buyback would normally require a waiver to be obtained from the Takeover Panel in relation to such resolution and such waiver to be approved by independent shareholders. Unless such a waiver is obtained and approved, Antler and the members of the Antler Concert Party would normally be obliged under Rule 9 and Rule 37 of the Takeover Code to make a mandatory offer for the Company in the event that their aggregate holding increased as a result of the share buyback.
