TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Artisan would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's share capital consists of 13,341,455 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each. The Company holds 14,592 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Artisan is 13,326,863.
The figure of 13,326,863 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
