BY AN AGREEMENT DATED 14 SEPTEMBER 2011 THE GENERAL PARTNER AND LIMITED PARTNERS OF VALLAR CAPITAL LP HAVE AGREED TO AMEND THE DISTRIBUTION AMONGST THE LIMITED PARTNERS OF VALLAR CAPITAL LP OF BUMI SHARES UPON EXERCISE OF THE B EXCHANGE RIGHT AND C EXCHANGE RIGHT AS FOLLOWS: (I) THE THRESHOLD AT WHICH LONG HAUL HOLDINGS LTD. AND CERTAIN OF ITS AFFILIATES BECOME ENTITLED TO A PROPORTION OF THE BUMI SHARES ISSUED FOLLOWING EXERCISE OF THE B EXCHANGE RIGHT HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM 21,600,000 TO 19,000,000 AND (II) IF THE LIMITED PARTNERS (OTHER THAN LONG HAUL LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES) RECEIVE FEWER THAN 20,300,000 BUMI SHARES THEN, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS INCLUDING THE EXERCISE OF THE C EXCHANGE RIGHT, THE LIMITED PARTNERS (OTHER THAN LONG HAUL LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES) WILL BE ENTITLED TO FURTHER BUMI SHARES EQUAL IN NUMBER TO THE AMOUNT BY WHICH THEIR ENTITLEMENT WAS LESS THAN 20,300,000.

THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE AGGREGATE NUMBER OF BUMI SHARES TO WHICH THE LIMITED PARTNERS IN VALLAR CAPITAL ARE COLLECTIVELY ENTITLED UPON EXERCISE OF THE B EXCHANGE RIGHT OR C EXCHANGE RIGHT.
